The BA in Human Resources is a SHRM-aligned program that prepares students with knowledge across different facets of developing human resources (HR) within organizational contexts. Graduates who meet SHRM experience requirements may also be eligible to sit for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification exam.
